Placing your order

Our online store is designed to make your purchasing process as simple as possible. After your purchase is complete, we will email you a confirmation email that contains details on delivery status.

Payment

1. We accept all major credit and debit cards. 

2. If your delivery address is diffferent to the billing address, this is not a problem although additional identification proof may be required upon our request. 

 

After sales service

1. We operate a fair and effective after sales service. 

2. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if you wish to return the product within this time threshold please contact us through the email address at the bottom. Products can be returned to the address at the bottom. Refunds will be paid in full to the same card used for purchase. Refunds will be processed once we have received and reviewed the item. 

3. We do not accept returns that have been visibly damaged. 

 

Late delivery

In the rare occasion that your delivery is late due to a fault with the courier simply send over an email and your shipping costs will be refunded. This decision is at our discretion.

Delivery

All products have a delivery time of 5-7 working days. All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. All of our products aim to ship within 24 hours however in extremely busy times this may take up to 48 hours. 

 

If you have any problems with the product we will offer a full refund once the good have been returned. The cost of return must be incurred by the customer. 

 

Damaged / missing items 

1. If damage is noticed at the point of delivery, the order can be refused and returned with the driver.

2. We advise that you check your purchased items for faults on the day of delivery and report any problems as soon as possible via the email address at the bottom of the page. 

 

Unsuccessful deliveries 

If you are not in and a delivery driver has attempted to deliver your parcel but has not left a card, please contact us via email if you are unable to retrieve your tracking information.

2. The reasons for collecting information about you is to simply to process your order and provide a high quality service. 

 

Worldwide Shipping

1. We ship worldwide.

2. If your order is processed and your delivery address is in one of our prohibited region, the amount will be refunded in due course.
